Are you an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic looking for a 7:7 Roster? Look no further, Apply below.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Install, maintain, fault-find and repair commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems across accommodation villages and facilities.
* Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and compliance inspections to ensure equipment reliability and minimise unplanned downtime.
* Respond to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner, including after-hours callouts as required.
* Ensure all works are completed in accordance with Australian Standards, WHS requirements, environmental regulations and policies.
* Accurately complete maintenance records, service reports and compliance documentation using maintenance management systems.
* Liaise professionally with site management, contractors and residents to deliver high-quality customer service in a remote work environment.
To be successful, you will have:
* Trade qualified Refrigeration Mechanic
* Grade 10 standard of education with ability to read, write and perform numerical calculations commensurate with the duties of the position
* Refrigerant handling license
* Restricted electrical work license – restricted to refrigeration/air conditioner installation
* Class C Manual Drivers licence
Advantageous:
* At least five years' experience of similar work, preferably in the service industry/hospitality/high volume hotel-style services over multiple sites.
* At least two years' experience in cold room maintenance and repair work.
