About the Role:
* Communicate with medical staff onsite and offsite
* Answer enquiries, coordinate courier and medical centre collections, pathology results assistance
* General administration duties
* Maintain customer confidentiality
* Liaise with laboratory staff
About You:
* A great blend of skills including sound typing/data entry (approximately 50 wpm with 98% accuracy)
* Passionate about the medical field and patient care
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, work within a team, and work at a fast pace while demonstrating high attention to detail
