Job Description:
The Assistant Director, Learning and Capability, will lead the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs. This includes implementing a comprehensive review of the agency's capability framework and integrating it with performance and development processes to drive capability in line with the new strategic plan.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs.
* Maintain and implement the ACCC's Capability Framework.
* Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to the job family framework.
Requirements:
Applications are sought from individuals with demonstrated experience leading a learning and development team or similar role in a fast-paced, large, complex people-centred organisation. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation, as well as experience managing learning systems and mandatory training programs.
