* Lead annual and multiyear procurement strategies
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation across procurement functions
* Oversee Category Management Plans and strategies across diverse spend portfolios
* Optimise supplier base through segmentation, consolidation, bundling, and strategic sourcing
* Partner with sourcing and contract management teams to ensure aligned and effective delivery.
* Lead, mentor, and uplift a high performing category management team and broader stakeholder capability
* Oversee efficiency reporting, ensure strong governance and risk management, and uphold safety and ethical standards
Profile
You Are An Accomplished Procurement Leader With
* Extensive experience in category strategy and strategic procurement across multiple portfolios
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive organisation wide change
* Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and market intelligence expertise
* Deep understanding of strategic sourcing, RFx processes, contract negotiation and supplier performance
