About this role:

* Lead aligned key categories that have a strong growth agenda. To fulfil the business vision of turning houses into homes.
* Align the Versuni portfolio selection and implementation for ANZ.
* Initiate and leads identification of locally relevant consumer and market insights, ensuring relevant inputs into regional business cases.
* Lead local E2E activation plans across all sales, marketing and media channels. Taking the lead role with local cross functional implementation teams.
* Lead cross agency briefs, and responses to proposals. Aligning key APAC stakeholders.
* Lead digital activations, following best practice, including local content initiation or adaptations.
* Lead the allocation of A&P spend within their category. Measures results and ROI, takes corrective actions. Identifies and shares learnings, both locally and with APAC team.
The Impact You'll Make:
* Leads the profitable growth for allocated categories
* Partner closely with APAC team across strategic planning proposals, innovation and activation plans
* Aligns the Versuni portfolio and implementation plans for ANZ, with APAC marketing managers
* Lead the relationship across allocated categories, with APAC / ANZ digital and agency teams to build consumer engagement and market share
* Initiate and leads relationships with the trade, sales and field teams for allocated categories. Including delivery of trade presentations, NPI proposals, and any required training
* Leads the localization of Source-of-Business (SOB) and target audience identification. Deeply understanding the AU consumer and resulting insights.
* Provides proposals for overall spend for categories, as well as allocating spend within categories to achieve ROI benchmarks.
* Own local end-to-end marketing plan to ensure best in class implementation across brands & channels. Across an 18mth horizon.
* Leads the local marketing activation plan including 12 months integrated media calendar, with ROI.
* On an ongoing basis, identifies key learnings incl. audience, creative and platform performance. Taking the lead in sharing learnings, both locally and with APAC team.
* Briefs market Digital Lead / Media Manager on campaigns planning and briefs the Digital Hubs on content adaptation.
* Leads bespoke local content development, following global guidelines, when required for ANZ.
The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring:
* Minimum 7-8 years' experience in Marketing
* Minimum degree (or local equivalent) in Marketing/ Business
* Knowledge in commercial strategy and portfolio optimization, brand and product marketing, media planning including digital / online marketing. A growth mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
* Demonstrated Strong stakeholder management capability
* Thrives in a cross functional environment, with experience leading cross functional teams
* Action orientated, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to collaborate constructively and focus on multiple priorities.
* Understand Australia and New Zealand commercial landscape and consumers insights
* Experience in digital marketing, media planning, online sales, business / P&L management
* Fluent in English
* Self-driven and resilience with a can-do attitude - embodies an owner mindset with a strong commitment to contributing to the success of the organization
