The
Future Generation Joint Venture
(FGJV) brings together the combined engineering experience from WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design and construct
Snowy 2.0
. This project is based in the Snowy Mountains, NSW, and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.
Snowy 2.0
is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history and is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia, providing on-demand energy and large-scale storage for generations to come.
Responsibilities
CMMS Administration: Maintaining and updating the CMMS database, ensuring data accuracy, and managing system configuration.
Asset Management: Overseeing the CMMS asset database, ensuring it reflects current assets and aligns with organizational objectives.
Work Order Management: Managing and tracking work orders, including scheduling, assigning, and monitoring progress.
Preventive Maintenance: Ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are followed and optimized within the CMMS.
Data Analysis: Analysing CMMS data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Training and Support: Providing training and support to workshops users on CMMS functionality and best practices.
Integration and Optimization: Integrating the CMMS with other systems (SAP) and identifying opportunities for system improvements.
Reporting: Generating reports on maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicating effectively with Maintenance Compliance Team, Maintenance staff, and external service providers.
Administration: Undertake any tasks as reasonably requested by the Senior Engineer to contribute to maintenance performance targets being achieved.
Skills and Qualifications
CMMS Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CMMS systems, ideally with hands-on experience in implementation or optimization.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry, system administration, and report generation.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and deliver training.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot CMMS issues and find solutions.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Relevant Degree or Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science), or a trade certificate with extensive CMMS exposure.
