Northeast Health is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Officer to manage the accurate and timely processing of payroll in line with Industry Awards, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), and internal policies and procedures.
This role requires you to work closely with managers, leadership, and external bodies such as Centrelink, the ATO, Salary Packaging providers, and WorkCover to ensure all payroll operations run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice on payroll matters, guiding staff on EBA entitlements, coordinating payroll reports, managing data entry and filing, troubleshooting issues, coding leave forms, and generating reports through Global and RosterOn.
