Driver Supervisor – Rockhampton

Are you an experienced HR driver who's ready to step into a leadership role—without giving up time behind the wheel? We're seeking a Driver Supervisor to join our Rockhampton team on a full-time permanent basis, overseeing our growing group of drivers while also completing delivery runs.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting drivers day-to-day, and maintaining high standards of safety, service, and reliability.

About the Role
As the Driver Supervisor, you will:
* Complete scheduled delivery runs as required
* Provide day-to-day supervision and support to local drivers
* Assist with onboarding and training of new drivers
* Monitor performance, attendance, and route efficiency
* Promote safe driving practices and compliance with company procedures
* Act as the key point of contact between drivers and management
What We're Looking For
* Licence: Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence or higher (desirable)
* Experience: Delivery driving experience, including tailgate pantech and roll-on/roll-off services
* Supervisory Experience: Previous experience supervising or leading drivers is highly valued
* Local Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Rockhampton / Yeppoon area
* Leadership Style: Approachable, reliable, and able to lead by example
* Customer Service: Professional, friendly, and dependable
* Strong Work Ethic: Takes pride in getting the job done right
* Self-Sufficient: Able to manage time, priorities, and people effectively
* Compliance: Ability to supply a Traffic Report and Police Check
* Work Rights: Must hold valid Australian work rights
