Store Leadership Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to lead our deli department. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that it is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the deli department, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control
* Lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
* Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety and wellbeing
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
* Direct/indirect leadership experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing costs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
