Due to continued growth, we're looking for Conveyor Technicians – both entry-level and experienced – to join our team in Mudgee, NSW. Whether you're just starting out or ready to step up, this is a chance to join a supportive team, learn on the job, and take your career further.
The Role – What You'll Do
* Install, splice, align, and maintain conveyor belt systems
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on-site and in the workshop
* Complete scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing
* Work safely in line with industry and company procedures
* Support a team committed to getting the job done right the first time
Who We're Looking For
* Entry Level: A strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and mechanical aptitude. Background in labouring, trades, farming, or heavy industry is a bonus. Willing to learn and grow into a long-term career.
* Experienced: Cert III in Polymer Processing or currently working toward it. Proven experience in splicing, installing, and servicing belts. Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes.
The Essentials
* Manual driver's licence (HR an advantage)
* Ability to pass a Coal Board Order 43 medical
* Willing to live within 45 minutes of Mudgee (this is not a FIFO/DIDO role)
* Must be clean-shaven for medical (Order 43 requirement)
