Key Administrative Leadership Role
This is a significant opportunity for an experienced administrative leader to make a meaningful impact within the admin space. The successful candidate will be based in Perth and will have the chance to influence and drive change across Western Australia.
The role involves managing a high-performing team of administrators, overseeing all administration activity, including systems and compliance, as well as coordinating internal and external reporting.
Daily tasks will include:
* Coordinating administration activities and ensuring adherence to company policies;
* Organising internal and external reports, including payroll and accounts;
* Maintaining office operations and facilities, including staff and contractor expenses and suppliers;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience in the resources, construction, mining, or logistics industries;
* Demonstrated experience in payroll, accounts receivable, and team leadership;
* Proven ability to work with ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
