* Supervise and mentor occupational therapists and allied health assistants in their professional development
* Oversee the supervision of student occupational therapists each year
* Represent the occupational therapy perspective at stakeholder and management meetings
* Manage client caseloads with complex needs, ensuring high-quality care and support
