**Civil Infrastructure Project Manager Role**
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Civil Construction Manager to join our growing team.
The Role:
You will oversee project delivery across various civil infrastructure works, including subdivisions, road upgrades, bulk earthworks, drainage, and utilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the full lifecycle of civil projects from planning through to delivery and handover.
* Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement, and reporting.
* Lead and mentor site teams, supervisors, and engineers.
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Minimum 5–10 years' experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a management role.
* Proven experience delivering subdivision, roadworks, or infrastructure projects.
* Strong understanding of Queensland construction standards and WHS legislation.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
