Overview
We are seeking a locum ASAR-registered Sonographer to join a supportive hospital team with a diverse caseload and a strong focus on obstetrics. This is a QLD Health role requiring credentialing per their protocols.
Location and Duration
Location: St George, North Queensland
Hourly pay rate: Competitive hourly rates DOE + travel and accommodation
Date and Duration: 31 December 2025 to 26 February 2026
Responsibilities
The role involves performing a variety of ultrasound procedures, including General, Small Parts, MSK, Vascular, and Obstetric scans, working both independently and as part of a team. Applicants should be efficient in managing their worklist.
* Proficient in MSK, general, small parts, breasts, obstetric and gynae, vascular, paediatric ultrasound
* Ability to manage an independent workload and respond to urgent cases
* Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
* Current ASAR registration
