Leadership Opportunity in Creative and Performing Arts
Toongabbie Christian College is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead its Creative and Performing Arts faculty.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for arts education, with a proven track record of promoting student performances in Music and Drama, as well as exhibitions in Visual Arts.
A key responsibility of this role is to foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the faculty, while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents/carers.
In terms of qualifications and experience, the successful candidate will have:
* a strong background in Visual Arts, Music, or Drama;
* proven experience in leading teams and managing budgets;
* excellent teaching and mentoring skills;
* current Working With Children Check or ability to obtain such a check;
* evidence of First Aid credential or a commitment to obtain credential by the commencement date.
