Operational Excellence Leader
to help lead and strengthen operational delivery across the organisation.

About the Role
As the
Operations Excellence Leader
, you will play a key leadership role in supporting day-to-day business operations while driving structure, consistency and continuous improvement across the group.
This is a broad, high-impact position where you'll work across multiple business units, stakeholders and functions, ensuring operational workflows are efficient, scalable and aligned with FWC's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Lead operational support services across the FWC Group
* Oversee core back office functions including sales order processing, purchasing, invoicing and administration
* Strengthen systems and workflows to support group wide scalability
* Partner with Finance, Sales and Business Unit leaders to ensure smooth execution
* Manage process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce friction
* Provide leadership and guidance to operational support team members
* Ensure accuracy, governance and consistency across multi-entity operations
* Support implementation and optimisation of systems such as
MYOB and Microsoft Office tools
You Might Be a Great Fit If You Bring:
* Experience in operations management, business administration and/or shared services
* Strong understanding of invoicing, purchasing, sales order and supplier processes
* Confidence working across multiple business units and stakeholders
* Strong systems mindset with experience improving workflows and processes
* Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office
* A proactive, hands-on leadership style with high attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
* A strong focus on people, culture, leadership and having fun, whilst delivering exceptional outcomes to our clients both internally and externally
