LECTURER - NURSING (NURSE PRACTITIONER)
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced academic to join the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Edith Cowan University.
About the Role
The School of Nursing and Midwifery provides a comprehensive range of academic programs to prepare health care professionals for positions in nursing and midwifery. The School has a commitment to developing strong partnerships locally, nationally and internationally through its collaboration with health professions, industry, and the broader community.
The successful applicant will have expertise in teaching and research or be focused on teaching, and will be able to contribute to the development of our undergraduate and postgraduate programs in nursing.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach and assess students in classroom and clinical settings
* Develop and implement curriculum materials and resources
* Contribute to the development of research projects and publications
* Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities
Requirements
* PhD in Nursing or related field
* Registered Nurse with current practicing certificate
* Experience in teaching and/or research in nursing education
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

What We Offer
This is a full-time ongoing position that attracts a remuneration package of $113,918 to $134,596 per annum (pro rata), plus 17% superannuation contribution. Part-time equivalent will be considered.
