Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales to drive revenue growth and maximise profitability
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a memorable shopping experience
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
* Analyse store data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
