Job Description: Team Members/Supervisors at Zambrero - Monday—Friday daytime. Zambrero is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team at our Canberra ACT location. As a Team Member/Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, preparing delicious Mexican‐inspired meals, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
* Take customer orders and prepare meals according to Zambrero's recipes and standards
* Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed at all times
* Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
* Train and supervise team members to ensure efficient operations
* Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Requirements
* Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and multitask effectively
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Food safety certification is a plus

What You'll Do
* Providing exceptionally friendly customer service
* Following recipes accurately to prepare food for meal periods
* Preparing recipes as needed, including anticipating and adapting to customer volume
* Adhering to food handling, safety and sanitisation standards
* Assisting with daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
* Anything else that helps the restaurant run smoothly and give our customers a great experience
