Ramahyuck District Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation through an exciting period of change, growth and transition. This role is based in Sale in the Wellington Shire of Gippsland, Victoria; Sale is often described as the "middle of everywhere" thanks to its central position in Gippsland. A key priority for the incoming CEO will be supporting the transfer of Morwell based services managed by Ramahyuck to the control of the Morwell Aboriginal community, ensuring the change is managed in a way that protects community access to services, supports staff, and reinforces Ramahyuck's commitment to Aboriginal community self-determination. About the Role The CEO will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and strong governance to ensure Ramahyuck continues delivering high-quality, culturally appropriate services. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO will guide organisational strategy, manage resources responsibly, and build partnerships that benefit the community. This is a 3-year contract with an opportunity to renew.
