Quality Assurance Manager

The Opportunity
This is a newly created opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Kemps Creek facility as part of a new customer we are onboarding into our fully automated facility.
Responsibilities
As the quality person on-site, you will be the primary contact for the client with respect to quality assurance for the activities performed. You will be supported in this role by your manager, the senior operational staff at Kemps Creek and other subject matter experts within the business.
* Provide education and mentoring about quality assurance to ensure commitment of staff at all levels.
* Provide oversight, in conjunction with the site manager, for training and continuous improvement programs, ensuring that they are implemented and maintained in line with quality standards and expectations.
* Provide day-to-day quality support to the warehouse staff on-site, specifically with use of the eQMS.
* Collaborate and assist all parties to investigate, document quality incidents, identify and implement appropriate CAPA.
* Deliver GMP and other quality-related training.
* Perform the role of quality management representative for the department and clients, including attending all relevant meetings and audits as required.
About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:
* Excellent knowledge of Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and ISO standards.
* Good understanding of TGA regulations and PIC/S Code of Good Manufacturing Practice.
* Knowledge of the Code of Good Wholesaling Practice for Medicines in Schedules 2, 3, 4, and 8.
* Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management/Integrated logistics.
* Prior working experience in or with a 3PL/logistics site would be favourable.
* A minimum of 10 years of relevant quality experience in consumer health/pharmaceutical products/medical devices or diagnostics.
