Software Project Manager Job Description
Moddex is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Software Project Manager in Maryborough, QLD. The ideal candidate will have experience in PMO support, change management, or process documentation within a manufacturing, distribution, or technology-driven organization.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and drive the success of transformative internal projects
* Work with external implementation partners and internal stakeholders to ensure proper Change Management, Process Documentation, and smooth phase transitions
* Assist in overseeing project coordination, PMO support, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management
About You:
* Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO support, change management, or process documentation
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills to drive adoption and change
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting organizational change initiatives
* Process Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and detailed process documentation and training materials
* Project Coordination: Strong project support and coordination skills within a structured PMO environment
