Safe Inspect is a fast-growing company specialising in gas, electrical, and smoke alarm compliance checks for rental properties. We work closely with real estate agents and landlords to ensure their properties remain safe and compliant.
Due to our rapid growth across Geelong, Ballarat, and Melbourne, we are currently seeking a part-time Administration Assistant to join our Geelong office. This role is initially for three days per week; however, for the right candidate, there is potential to transition into a permanent full-time position within 6–12 months.

What We're Looking For – Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in administration, customer service, or scheduling is highly valued.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
* Ability to quickly make decisions regarding scheduling conflicts or customer complaints
* Experience of the Real Estate or Property Management industry preferred (highly regarded)
* Ability to quickly make decisions regarding scheduling conflicts or customer complaints
* Knowledge of Simpro preferred (highly regarded)
Your Key Responsibilities
* Contacting renters to schedule inspection times - Maintain calendars to ensure accurate scheduling and maximum availability
* Receive, process, confirm, and update booking requests via email, phone, and online systems.
* Act as the first point of contact, resolving queries, offering information on services, and building client relationships.
* Providing ad hoc support to the Office Manager and Directors
