What you'll be doing
You will provide high quality nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, supporting optimal health outcomes for patients across respiratory and aged care streams.
* Assist with assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care
* Deliver best practice nursing within professional and legal standards
* Provide holistic care that respects individual needs and rights
* Liaise with the multidisciplinary team for continuity of care
* Maintain accurate documentation and manage clinical resources

Essential Criteria
* Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
* Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
* Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
* An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
