Job Title: Financial Accountant
About the Role:
This position is a key part of our organisation's financial management team, requiring a skilled and experienced accounts professional to manage debtor accounts and perform various financial duties.
* Manage all debtor accounts, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations are performed on a daily basis.
* Perform debt collection activities, including contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices and following up with disputes.
* Process and allocate all debtors' receipts on a daily basis.
* Assist in the preparation of weekly debtors ageing reports and monthly financial close procedures.
* Reconcile customers' invoices and accounts, as well as suppliers' statements.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts role, preferably in a similar position.
* Intermediate Excel skills are essential for this role.
