As an Assistant Store Manager (internally known as Inventory Manager), you'll lead a team to ensure strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimized shrinkage to maximize store profitability.
To succeed, you should have:
Retail management experience
Solid understanding of inventory control
Leadership skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service
