Your ability to gather and document functional requirements enables you to develop and communicate effective solutions, and you’re adept at creating knowledge articles that empower staff and students through self-service resources.You will possess:Hold a relevant degree qualification with at least four years’ subsequent relevant Digital Workplace technologies experience with a focus on communications and collaboration services, or an equivalent combination of extensive specialist knowledge, training, and experience, preferably within an enterprise technology environment in organisations of significant size.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in the Digital Workplace Technologies including Microsoft 365, audio/video and endpoint technologies, and productivity applications relevant to the university environment.Expertise and experience in Microsoft Teams Voice, including setup, call management, and advanced features like auto attendants.Ability to provide exceptional support to users, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience across all Digital Workplace Technologies.Experience in the operation and support of enterprise communication and collaboration platforms/systems, with specific experience in Microsoft 365 services, such as Power Platform, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra.Experience in the application of IT security, compliance, and governance principles in relation to Microsoft 365 platform collaboration and communication systems.A sound understanding of the diverse IT needs of Teaching and Research, administrative, professional and technical staff, and student populations in the University sector.Experience in project management methodologies, supporting contract negotiations, maintaining service level agreements, and competence in data analysis with the ability to generate reports to support business decisions.Experience with change management processes and tools for implementing new technologies, along with knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks for operational support and service delivery.UniSC is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
