Job Description
Role Focus: Data analysis, development, deployment, and testing of pricing data and algorithms within pricing systems. Responsibilities include preparing test plans, constructing test cases, understanding data sources and engineering, and assisting in implementing statistical/actuarial analysis into pricing systems. The role emphasizes automation, infrastructure understanding, and customer-focused service delivery. Key capabilities include analytical skills, programming proficiency (SAS, R, SQL), Excel expertise, problem-solving, and strong communication skills. The candidate should understand complex technology infrastructures and adapt to evolving environments.
Qualifications
Graduate in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Analytics, or similar. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant technical experience. Technical skills required include advanced SAS programming, intermediate to advanced R programming, advanced SQL, and intermediate Excel and visualization tools (Cognos, Tableau, R-Shiny). Insurance industry experience is desirable.
