* Proven experience managing construction projects to successful completion.
* Strong technical understanding of reinforced concrete structures.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Able to build lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
