We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to take on the role of Night Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
The Night Manager will be responsible for overseeing nightly operations, ensuring guest safety and security, and compliance with fire and liquor laws. Additionally, you will lead nightly audits, balance revenue, process accounts, complete backups, and prepare reports.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead nightly audits: Balance revenue, process accounts, complete backups, and prepare reports.
 * Oversee overnight operations: Ensure guest safety and security, and compliance with fire and liquor laws.
 * Supervise Front Office team: Manage rosters, and step in for other departments during night shifts.
 * Maintain accuracy: In reservations, guest accounts, and financial transactions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
 * Communicate updates clearly: Maintain office systems/equipment, and uphold hotel policies and procedures.
 * Provide excellent guest service: Resolve requests efficiently, and perform reception duties when needed.
Qualifications:
 * Experience: In night audit, preferably in hospitality, preferably in hotels.
 * Strong knowledge: Of Front Office systems, such as Opera Cloud.
 * Ability: To work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
 * Proven ability: To be detail-oriented, highly organized, and manage conflicting priorities.
 * Ability: To lead diverse teams and encourage high performance.
 * Valid certifications: RSA and First Aid Certificate required.
 * Work rights: Must have valid full working rights in Australia.
