Accounts Payable Supervisor | Parramatta page is loaded## Accounts Payable Supervisor | Parramattalocations: AUS > Parramatta > Macquarie St > PLANT **** Aust Shared Sevices Centretime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: January 12, **** (26 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR********We're looking for an experienced **Accounts Payable Supervisor** to join our Finance team in Parramatta.In this full-time role, you'll lead and mentor a team of five, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, compliance with company policies, and continuous improvement of our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.You'll also play a key role in reporting, process improvement projects, and act as 2IC to the National Accounts Payable & Services Manager.
**In your new role, you will:*** Lead, supervise, and develop the Accounts Payable Investigation team.
* Oversee invoice processing, ledger management, and supplier account reconciliations.
* Provide accurate KPI reporting and non-compliance reports.
* Drive process improvement initiatives and standardise best practices.
* Manage internal and external audit requirements.
* Act as a key liaison with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
**This is a great fit for you if you have:*** Proven experience supervising a small team (essential)* 2+ years' experience in a senior Accounts Payable role.
* Strong SAP knowledge preferred and advanced MS Excel skills.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in change management and process improvement projects is beneficial.
