The Role
* Ensure our fleet of campervans is maintained at the highest standards, enabling customers to embark on unforgettable journeys.
* As a reliable fleet technician, you will work with our Perth team and collaborate with the APAC Regional Team.
* Your primary responsibility will be to maintain our campervans at all times and at the highest possible condition, contributing to efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
As a fleet technician, your duties will include:
* Conducting systematic inspections to diagnose problems in vehicles' mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.
* Performing maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including preventive and corrective maintenance, light bodywork repairs, and troubleshooting.
* Maintaining relationships with external partners and coordinating the execution of vehicles' interventions with regional teams.
* Updating vehicle information systems according to established procedures.
* Moving campervans to and from local vendors, parking facilities, or other depots.
* Maintaining depot equipment and spare parts organized and clean.
* Maintaining spare parts inventory systems updated at all times.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or a similar program in the automotive industry.
* At least 1+ years of experience with hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs, preferably in campervans.
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical degree preferred.
* Availability to work weekends and holidays.
* A valid driver's license.
* Excellent English communication skills.
