Business Support Officer – Delivering Excellence in Administrative Services

Make a difference by providing high-quality, confidential, and consumer-focused administrative support that helps the Riverland Mallee Coorong Health Services run efficiently and deliver excellent service to clients, staff, and visitors.

About the Role:

The Business Support Officer is responsible for providing a high-quality, confidential, customer-focused administrative service to clients, staff, and visitors at Riverland Community Health Service. You will contribute to a positive work culture based on SA Health's values, supporting learning and development, safety and welfare of employees, and encouraging creativity and innovation.

You will provide accurate and relevant information to enquiries, ensure visitors are welcomed and directed appropriately, and manage the collection, receipt, distribution, and dispatch of correspondence. You will be responsible for maintaining official records in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the creation, storage, and disposal of information to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience in providing administrative and clerical support services.
* Developing spreadsheets using the Microsoft Excel application.
