My client is a boutique Chartered Accounting practice providing tax compliance and business advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Recently celebrating 21 years in business, the firm is well-established and highly regarded for supporting individuals, small businesses, and larger corporations across Australia to meet their obligations and grow with confidence.
The firm is comprised of 3 Directors, 4 Managers, and a broader team of Seniors, Intermediates, Graduates, Undergraduates/Interns, and Administration and Support staff. The practice operates under a pooled resource structure, offering team members exposure to a wide variety of work. This structure provides excellent opportunities to develop technical skills and gain experience across different areas of the business. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Accountant to join the team in a full-time or part-time (4 day) capacity.
Professional development is a strong focus for the firm, offering fortnightly training sessions, including Tax Banter updates and in-house technical skills training, CA/CPA support and study leave and support for industry seminars, conferences, memberships, and professional subscriptions.
