This is a head-office-based Design Coordinator position supporting multiple construction projects, working under the guidance of a senior Design Manager. The focus is on coordination, clarity and momentum. Keeping consultants aligned, documentation moving to program, and designs properly resolved so construction teams can build with confidence.
You'll be stepping into an established residential and commercial construction business. Design is taken seriously here, with strong internal processes, clear expectations and a practical, construction-led approach to documentation and coordination. They're an award-winning T2 builder with staff retention sitting above 90%. To be considered, you must have already been a Design Coordinator within a builder or head contractor environment. That experience is essential. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline is also required.
The salary is up to $120k, including super. This is a long-term position offering stability, head-office exposure and close collaboration with experienced design leadership.
