This role will be responsible for assisting the Supply Chain Team in the day-to-day tasks required so the team can achieve its business objectives.Key Responsibilities of this role will include:Control STOs (Internal company Transfer Orders).Monitor and timely action the Supply Chain Management (SCM) register.Supply chain administration including Purchase Orders Cancellations.Other duties as assigned by the Supply & Inventory Manager.Liaise with branches in relation to open/unapproved CSO jobs.Assist with Expediting of open Purchase Orders.Follow up Order Confirmations with Vendors.This role will report to the Supply & Inventory Manager and collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Team.About YouEssential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Current experience in a similar high-volume transactions role.Experience using ERP and MRP systems.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Advanced Excel and report generation skills.Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:Experience with SAP, ERP and MRP systems.Exposure to Quality Certified business processes.Experience in a Distribution or Logistics environment.About UsDrivetrain Australia is an iconic brand with over 35 years of history supplying equipment, maintenance, and engineering solutions to underground mining, energy, and transport markets across Australasia.With strong capability from application engineering and new asset supply through to maintenance, repair, and overhaul, Drivetrain is a value-based partner to industry providing high levels of quality and service solutions through the asset lifecycle.
