Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining end user hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, multifunction devices, and mobile devices
* Supporting maintenance of IT systems, software assets, and IT risk controls
* Gaining knowledge in software asset management processes and maintaining software compliance
* Gaining exposure to financial service processes across the full customer lifecycle
* Collaborating with business, product owners, and agile master to document requirements for infrastructure projects
* Understanding guidelines and policies aligned with legislative and operational requirements
* Supporting delivery of innovative and customer-focused solutions to the business
About You
The company is looking for:
* A recent graduate with a tertiary qualification in Information Technology
* Aptitude for IT Operations and working knowledge of Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile
* Familiarity with vendor management, risk and audits, and project management
* Passion for customer focus and understanding customer needs
* Proactive nature with initiative and accountability
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities
* Resilience and strong drive to achieve goals
* Creativity and innovation to drive new ideas
* Ability to identify trends, draw conclusions, and recommend solutions
