The role of a Documentation Expert is to ensure seamless transportation and logistics operations. Our team focuses on providing robust and sustainable solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Balance import manifests using bayplans and DTX files issued by ports
* Collaborate with customer service and operations teams on discrepancies between manifests and bayplans
* Assign invoice companies to import manifests accurately and apply correct local charges
* Process manifest corrections promptly after loading into OVA and update Customs accordingly
This position requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively. The Documentation Expert will work closely with the documentation team to provide outstanding support.
