Job Title: Night Operations Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all hotel operations overnight.
* Provide coaching and regular feedback to colleagues to enhance their performance and drive their development.
* Lead the night audit function and preparation of daily financial reports.
* Manage guest accounts, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
* Ensure secure handling of all credit and financial transactions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Guest Services, Front Office, Night Audit, or Finance with supervisory experience.
* Qualifications in Hotel Management or Business Administration (preferable).
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
* Excellent communication skills (bilingual or multilingual an asset).
* A team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm, and positivity in the team.
* Current driver's license and First Aid/RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).
