We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Assistant Insurance Broker to support our Branch Manager in our busy Maroochydore office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a well-established insurance brokerage.
As an experienced assistant broker, you will play a key role in supporting the branch with day-to-day operations, including client service, policy administration, and assisting with renewals and new business. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Branch Manager with client account management and administrative tasks
• Assist with quoting, renewals, endorsements, and claims follow-up
• Liaise with clients, insurers, and underwriters in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Contribute to a positive team culture and ongoing business growth
About You:
• Previous experience in an insurance broking or assistant broker role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
