What You Will Do:
Provide specialist assessment and intervention for patients with dysphagia in community settings, including home visits and clinics.
Develop personalised care plans in partnership with patients and families.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
Deliver dysphagia management training and guidance to other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor patient progress.
Requirements:
HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist.
Proven experience managing dysphagia caseloads.
Ability to travel for community visits — car driver required.
