About the role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and adults in our community. You'll work collaboratively with a supportive team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths and needs.
* Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to each client's goals.
* Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based practices.
* Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote carryover of therapy skills.
* Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the company's services.
