Central Highlands Rural Health

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health. They are seeking an exceptional Engagement and Fundraising Manager

part time

(60 hours per fortnight) to join their organization.

Reporting to the CEO and working cross functionally, this position plays a pivotal role in sustaining and building a robust philanthropy strategy and steward meaningful relationships to establish future fundraising growth across individual donors, bequests and other fundraising opportunities. The Engagement & Fundraising Manager is a key role in relationship development and connection with the communities they serve. Through innovative and effective community engagement and fundraising initiatives, the Engagement & Fundraising Manager will combine a community mindset with a vision for engaging and investing in the long-term sustainable future of our organisation.

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate an ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders with significant community engagement experience. You will also be able to demonstrate experience – at least 3 years - in the successful development, delivery and evaluation of fundraising initiatives and projects. Proven experience researching and preparing grant applications through philanthropic, government and private opportunities will also be highly regarded.
