About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to combine your Leadership, Administrative and Teaching skills in one role. As the Program Lead, you will support teacher and student learning within your portfolio, providing leadership, enhancing course content, and scheduling program timetables.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Lead teaching teams to monitor student progress, implement strategies to support student needs, and contribute to retention strategies.
2. Manage the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of VET teaching packages, practices, learning resources, and assessment strategies, ensuring standards are met.
3. Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning, teaching, and assessment procedures.
4. Contribute to program growth through innovation and enhancements, supporting teacher and student experiences.
5. Deliver teaching components to maintain industry currency and connect with students and the program.
About You
Are you ready to combine leadership, teaching, and administration skills? Do you have a passion for process improvement, student experience, and leading high-performing teams? If so, we want to hear from you.
Demonstrate:
* Leadership skills, including fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
* Experience leading teams to achieve excellence in learning and student outcomes.
* Knowledge of contemporary teaching methodologies and standards.
* Experience developing and managing processes for efficiencies.
* Teacher qualification at AQF Level 6 or above, meeting Victorian TAFE requirements.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, meeting current training package requirements.
* A degree or diploma in a relevant vocational area, with demonstrated competencies.
