About the Role
* Oversee all sales operations across new and used vehicles.
* Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise performance and profitability.

About You
* Proven experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager within the automotive industry.
* Strong leadership, motivational and coaching skills.
* Commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A passion for innovation, people, and delivering premium customer experiences.
* A current NSW driver's licence.
