About the Role
We're looking for a Workflow & Process Transformation Lead to drive workflow orchestration and process automation within our omnichannel transformation portfolio. This role is pivotal in designing and optimising end‑to‑end workflows that integrate seamlessly with contact centre operations and digital channels. You'll work closely with technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver streamlined processes that enhance customer journeys and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and implementation of workflow orchestration platforms and case management systems.
* Configure and optimise business rules engines to enable automated decision‑making and straight‑through processing.
* Map current processes and design future‑state workflows using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Partner with contact centre teams to ensure seamless integration between front‑office and back‑office operations.
* Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with AI/RPA teams to implement solutions.
* Develop performance metrics and dashboards to monitor workflow efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
* Manage change initiatives and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
* Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
About You
* Proven experience implementing workflow orchestration platforms and business process management systems.
* Strong process design and optimisation skills, ideally with Lean or Six Sigma certification.
* Experience integrating workflows with CRM, contact centre, and digital platforms.
* Skilled in process mining and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
* Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
* Financial services or superannuation industry experience is highly desirable.
