The Opportunity

With a strong track record of landmark projects and an exciting pipeline of work, this organisation continues to play a significant role in shaping the built environment.
As a major development project progresses, the team is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support the delivery of one of South Australia's most significant projects.
This position works closely with a well-regarded Senior Project Manager, offering exposure to the entire development and construction lifecycle while fostering strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
This opportunity is ideal for those currently working in a construction contractor, consultancy, or subcontractor environment who are eager to expand their experience and transition to the developer side of the industry.
The Role
As Project Coordinator, you will support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating the delivery of a large-scale development project. You will play a key role in assisting with project coordination, stakeholder management, and reporting across the project lifecycle.
* Support the Project Manager in coordinating large-scale construction projects
* Assist with project scheduling, reporting, and documentation
* Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to facilitate delivery
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones
* Support procurement, consultant engagement, and contract administration
* Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for stakeholders

About you
This developer seeks a driven construction professional eager to build a career in a client-side development environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years' experience within the construction industry in a Project Coordinator, Project Administration, or similar support role
* A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Property, or similar
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* The ability to manage multiple tasks within fast-paced project environments
* A strong interest in transitioning into a client-side development role
