Administration Officer Level 3, Clinical Support Officer - CASPAR

Location: Bondi, Sydney

Employment Type: Permanent Part Time

Position Classification: Administration Clinical Support Officer Level 3

Remuneration: $34.47 - $35.54 per hour plus superannuation

Hours Per Week: 20

Do you enjoy working as part of a close and efficient team and have experience with customer service? An exciting opportunity awaits to join the CASPAR team, providing support to clinicians caring for mental health consumers to enable them to provide the best care possible.

Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the Comprehensive Assessment Service for Psychosis and At Risk (CASPAR) in contract management and the collection, analysis and dissemination of mental health data for clinical, reporting and research purposes.

Selection Criteria

* Experience in clinical activity documentation and clinical appointment scheduling systems
* Ability to develop effective working relationships with clinical staff
* Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Capacity to work under broad supervision in a high-volume, diverse team environment
* Ability to review data quality reports and communicate findings to clinicians
* Current NSW Drivers License (or willingness to travel)
