What You'll Be Doing
* Support participants with our Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.
* Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment with a renewed sense of purpose.
* Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, ensuring every participant has the tools and support for success.
* Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
* Celebrate every successful placement and recognize milestones with participants.
* Build lasting connections with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion, ensuring everyone has a chance to shine.

Qualifications
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* Current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
* MyGovID (Standard level).
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
* Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
