About the Role
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to grow and support Capral's Industrial customer base across South Brisbane and surrounding regions. You will represent our market-leading aluminium extrusion and distribution range, working closely with customers in manufacturing, engineering, transport, automation, and fabrication industries.
This is a field-based role with flexible hot-desking at our Archerfield Distribution Centre.

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and growing a diverse sales portfolio, including some of South Queensland's most established and emerging fabricators
* Developing and executing strategic customer growth plans in collaboration with supply chain, operations, warehousing, software, and marketing
* Supporting new customer acquisition goals and executing local growth strategies to expand Capral's presence
* Becoming a trusted technical advisor, leveraged from access to our Melbourne-based NATA-accredited testing lab and national product managers

What We're Looking For
* A self-motivated professional who can plan, structure, and take ownership of their territory
* The right attitude, ideally with a track record of managing a sales portfolio or hitting KPIs
* Experience in technical or solution-based selling—transferable skills from related industries are welcome
* Knowledge of aluminium extrusion, fabrication or OEM supply chains is an advantage
* A strong communicator with a hunter mindset—someone who follows up, follows through, has resilience and builds trust
* Full driver's licence
